Library Updates

The Java libraries Holidays and Telephone are now available with Java 21 support under version 1.0.0 on Maven Central.

Holidays is a small and extendable Java API for holiday checks. The code is part of the blog article Kalenderspielereien mit Java. It supports holidays from Germany, Austria, Ireland, UK and US.

Telephone is a Java API for national and international phone numbers and phone number blocks. The code is part of the blog article Das Mimikri Muster, Rufnummernblöcke in der Telephone Bibliothek, Jackson am Telefon. It contains supports for Jackson and FreshMarker.
